methodology

Bengali Structural was founded by Rudra Bengali to formalize what most analysts describe with intuition: the structural conditions under which institutions fail suddenly rather than gradually.

The General Theory of Human Systems derives cusp catastrophe dynamics from agent-level behavioral equations. The framework produces two core variables: model-free valuation and model-based evaluation. Their interaction determines whether a system degrades smoothly or collapses without warning.

The result is a diagnostic layer that identifies fragility before it becomes crisis. We publish timestamped predictions on public systems and provide private diagnostics for organizations navigating structural risk.
